When shopping with us, we want to make sure you are getting the right products for you. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you are unsure or have any questions.
Returns
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges for change of mind purchases.
If you ordered the wrong size or colour in a product, you can contact us to arrange an exchange or store credit. We offer free exchanges for domestic orders only. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in a new, unused condition in the original packaging.
Clearance items, sale items, pre-loved items, gift cards, custom boots and custom built skates are considered as final sale and do not qualify for an exchange.
We do not offer refunds.
To return a product please send us an email at shop@rollerfit.com.au along with proof of purchase. One of our friendly staff members will get back to you with all the info about the returns process.
Custom Skate Boots and Builds
Once a custom boot or custom skate build order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
All deposits for custom boots and custom skate builds are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom boot or custom build orders, so please choose carefully and contact our staff for assistance with custom boots and roller skate builds before purchasing.
Warranty and Faulty Products
If the item you have received is faulty or has a problem, please contact us with proof of purchase and evidence of any major or minor faults. To action your claim please send all required information to shop@rollerfit.com.au.
Each brand has different warranty policies, so warranty information needs to be sourced accordingly. If the manufacturer of your product does not offer a warranty, or your product is outside the warranty period, we do not offer any additional product warranty.
