We get loads of questions about products that we stock in our store, so before you send us an email, check below to see if your questions are answered. That means we can spend time getting your products to you faster. For any questions we haven't answered, feel free to contact us.
Shipping and Delivery
What provider do you use for deliveries?
For most of our deliveries we ship with Australia post. On occasion we use couriers like Aramex and Sendle.
How long does delivery take?
We ship orders within two to three business days. Orders are packed and sent Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders sent via regular parcel post in Australia usually take between 2-7 days. This can be up to 10-14 days for rural locations. Express post is usually delivered within 1-3 business days, but can be 3-7 days for rural locations. Weekends and public holidays may influence delivery time frame.
How much is delivery?
Postage varies depending on the products you order. This is automatically calculated during the checkout process. The postage price is determined by weight and location.
What if I'm not home when my package is delivered?
This varies depending on the size of the package and your residence. Sometimes, Australia Post will leave your package in a safe location. Sometimes they will leave a slip for collection at the nearest post office.
Can I change the delivery address?
If you contact us before we ship your item, we might be able to update the delivery address. However, once your order is placed, we can’t guarantee that a change of address will be possible, so please take care during the checkout process.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available and will be calculated at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs & import fees if I live outside of Australia?
Some countries will require that you pay customs and import charges. We take no responsibility for fees or taxes charged by your country.
Payments
Is it safe to order online?
Yes, purchasing through our store is secure. We offer a range of secure payment options so you can shop with peace of mind. We do not share any of your personal details and we do not see your bank or card details upon receiving your payments.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.
Can I use AfterPay?
Yes, you can pay in installments with AfterPay. Just select this option at the checkout and login with your AfterPay account.
Do you accept gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased in-store or online. RollerFit Shop gift vouchers are for shop use only and cannot be used on classes or events.
When will my card be charged for my order?
Your card will be charged immediately after you confirm your order. Sometimes there is a delay on transactions being shown on your statement with certain banks.
Products
What products do you stock?
You will find a full range of skate products in our store. We've got everything from roller skates, protective gear, helmets, wheels, accessories, socks, apparel and more. If you need it to have a good time on your skates (or just want it because it looks pretty) then chances are, we’ve got it.
What brands do you stock?
We are always adding new, awesome products to our site, but some of the brands we stock include: Moxi Roller Skates, Chuffed Skates, Sure-Grip, Riedell, Chaya, Roll-Line, Better Bearings, Bones, Reckless, Radar, Socco, Sock It To Me, S-One, Triple 8, 187 Killer Pads, Derby Laces, Rollerstuff and more.
What skates should I buy?
We sell all types of skates, across all disciplines. From beginner to advanced, recreational to professional. All of our staff are well educated on the kinds of skates available, and what is best for each style of skating, so you might want to chat with them if you have any questions. We also have loads of blogs with product recommendations and explanations, so take a look over here.
What stock do you print your apparel on?
All of our RollerFit apparel is produced ethically, and most of our shirts, hoodies, etc. are made with AS Colour products. For RollerFit merch, all of this information is listed on each product page.
Returns, Refund and Warranty
Can I return a product for a refund?
We do not offer refunds. You may request an exchange or store credit for incorrect size or colour purchases within 30 days of purchase.
Can I exchange products?
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges for change of mind purchases.
If you ordered the wrong size or colour in a product, you can contact us to arrange an exchange or store credit. We offer free exchanges for domestic orders only. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in a new, unused condition in the original packaging.
Clearance items, sale items, pre-loved items, gift cards, custom boots and custom built skates are considered as final sale and do not qualify for an exchange.
To return a product please send us an email at shop@rollerfit.com.au along with proof of purchase and one of our staff members will get back to you with all the info you need about the returns process.
Does my product have warranty?
All brands, manufacturers or distributors offer different warranty policies. If the manufacturer of your product doesn’t offer a warranty, or your product is outside the warranty period, we do not offer any additional product warranty.
If the item you have received is faulty or has a problem, please contact us with proof of purchase and evidence of any major or minor faults. To action your claim please send all required information to shop@rollerfit.com.au.
