Custom Moxi Jack 1 Boot orders are currently taking 12-16 weeks to arrive in Australia.

The Jack 1 boots bring high performing, modern tech to the classic roller skate look, Moxi Roller Skates style. Ideal for park, dance and recreational skating, the Jack 1 is a medium-firm boot with cushy padding and durable finishes. We aim to ship orders within 2-5 business days. Orders are packed and sent Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders sent via regular parcel post in Australia usually take between 2-7 days. This can be up to 10-14 days for rural locations. Weekends, public holidays, sales periods and holiday seasons may influence delivery time frame.

The postage price is determined by weight and location.This is automatically calculated during the checkout process.

If you ordered the wrong size or colour in a product, you can contact us to arrange an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in a new, unused condition in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

Clearance items, sale items, pre-loved items, ex-display, no box items, gift cards, custom boots and custom built skates are considered as final sale and do not qualify for an exchange.
