We aim to ship orders within 2-5 business days. Orders are packed and sent Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders sent via regular parcel post in Australia usually take between 2-7 days. If you ordered the wrong size or colour in a product, you can contact us to arrange an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in a new, unused condition in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

Clearance items, sale items, pre-loved items, ex-display, no box items, gift cards, custom boots and custom built skates are considered as final sale and do not qualify for an exchange.
