The Jack 1 boots bring high performing, modern tech to the classic roller skate look, Moxi Roller Skates style. Ideal for park, dance and recreational skating, the Jack 1 is a medium-firm boot with cushy padding and durable finishes. We ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are packed and sent Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders sent via regular parcel post in Australia usually take between 2-7 days. This can be up to 10-14 days for rural locations. Express post is usually delivered within 1-3 business days, but can be 3-7 days for rural locations. Weekends and public holidays may influence delivery time frame.

Postage varies depending on the products you order. This is automatically calculated during the checkout process. The postage price is determined by weight and location.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges for change of mind purchases.

If you ordered the wrong size or colour in a product, you can contact us to arrange an exchange or store credit. We offer free exchanges for domestic orders only. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in a new, unused condition in the original packaging.

Clearance items, sale items, pre-loved items, gift cards, custom boots and custom built skates are considered as final sale and do not qualify for an exchange.
