We aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are packed and sent Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders sent via regular parcel post in Australia usually take between 2-7 days. This can be up to 10-14 days for rural locations. Express post is usually delivered within 1-3 business days, but can be 3-7 days for rural locations. Weekends, public holidays, sales periods and holiday seasons may influence delivery time frame.

Postage varies depending on the products you order. This is automatically calculated during the checkout process. The postage price is determined by weight and location.

If you ordered the wrong size or colour in a product, you can contact us to arrange an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in a new, unused condition in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

Clearance items, sale items, pre-loved items, ex-display, no box items, gift cards, custom boots and custom built skates are considered as final sale and do not qualify for an exchange.
