This can be up to 10-14 days for rural locations. Express post is usually delivered within 1-3 business days, but can be 3-7 days for rural locations. If you ordered the wrong size or colour in a product, you can contact us to arrange an exchange or store credit. We offer free exchanges for domestic orders only. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in a new, unused condition in the original packaging.

Clearance items, sale items, pre-loved items, gift cards, custom boots and custom built skates are considered as final sale and do not qualify for an exchange.
