The why, who, what and when of it all
Our team has decades of experience in the skating world, and for a long time we felt that something was missing for us in the protective gear market. We dreamt of a low-profile yet high-mobility protection for our wrists and hands.

Don’t get us wrong, a traditional brace-style wrist guard provides good protection, but we find them a bit too restrictive for some kinds of skating. We wanted something comfortable to wear all the time that’s capable of dampening the force of falling.

Getting inspiration from some guard styles of the 90s, we concocted the protection we’d been dreaming of. We even had to buy some fancy machines for our manufacturer to construct them just to our liking. We tested the prototypes for months in all kinds of scenarios and took loads of hits and falls in the name of research.

But we didn’t just make the Palm Slider for us, we made it for all kinds of skaters and wheeled sports people. They’re made to protect you at the rink, on the dance floor, at the skatepark and in the streets.

The RollerFit Palm Slider officially launched in 2021 and we haven’t looked back.
