Boys/Men:These skates are true to your shoe size.

Girls/Ladies:You need to choose 1 size lower than your shoe size. (e.g. If you wear a Ladies' size 8 shoe then you will need to get a Men's size 7 skate, therefore, you would choose size "Men's 7/Ladies' 8".  .
