Returns and Refunds

When shopping with us, we want to make sure you get the right products for you, so we encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you are unsure, or have any questions. shop@rollerfit.com.au

If you ordered the wrong size, you can contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be liable for shipping the product back to us, and  we will cover the cost of returning the new product to you. All exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

We don’t provide refunds for change of mind, or if you choose the wrong product, so please choose carefully. However we can offer exchanges.

If your item is faulty or has a problem, you can choose a refund or exchange. Contact us and we can discuss your options with you.

In terms of warranty claims, all brands and manufacturers are different, so warranty information needs to be sourced from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer of your product doesn’t offer a warranty, or your product is outside the warranty period, we do not offer any additional product warranty.
